
FALL MIDWEEK SCHEDULE
MIDWEEK FALL KICKOFF PICNIC AUGUST 16TH, 5 – 6:30 pm
Come out for the first Wednesday night back this Fall. Fried Chicken, sides, and sweets will be served outside on the East Field in a covered tent. During that time, there will be fun outside activities for young families to enjoy, as well as MidWeek information tables for each of the courses offered–come meet the teacher, ask questions, and sign up for your MidWeek group. The MidWeek Kickoff Picnic is free of charge.
FULL PROGRAMMING AUGUST 23 – DECEMBER 13
All MidWeek courses and programming are open to anyone to begin attending anytime during the semester—unless otherwise noted as “closing” in the listing below. Courses last the entire fall semester, or are offered in the 1st “mini-mester” up until Fall Break, or the 2nd “mini-mester” between Fall Break and the end of the semester. Please note that the church will be closed October 18, 2023 to observe Bryan ISD Fall Break and November 22, 2023 to observe Thanksgiving.
SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEALS
Due to the projected growth of MidWeek in the new building, beginning August 23, Wednesday night meals will be offered in two shifts — 4:30-5:15 pm primarily for Senior Adults and 5:15-6:00 pm primarily for young working families. Bible Study start times for senior adult studies will correspond to this schedule change.

Choir Room Our Senior Adult choir meets every Wednesday in the Fall and Spring semesters. The Singers sing in the Traditional Worship Service once every semester, along with singing in retirement facilities a few times during the year. The Broadman Singers’ accompanist is Marvella Thompson.

Choir Room Our worship choir for the traditional service is open to everyone. This non-auditioned group of singers from college-age through senior adults leads every Sunday morning in the 8:45 am service.

Worship Center Our orchestra helps lead our traditional service each Sunday morning at 8:45 am. It is open to any member who plays a musical instrument. No audition is required.

Modular 2A The Shout! Middle School Youth Choir rehearses every Wednesday evening in the Fall and Spring semesters and sings in the Traditional Worship service once every semester. Shout! is a non-audition group of singers open to all 7th & 8th grade students.

Modular 3B The Highlight High School Youth Choir rehearses every Wednesday evening in the Fall and Spring semesters and sings in the Traditional Worship service once every semester. Highlight is a non-audition group of singers open to all 9th through 12th grade students.
6:30 – 8:00 pm | Wednesday Nights @ Matt’s House
Youth Building Our weekly gathering for middle and high school students. Each week features games, worship, and Gospel-centered teaching. This is a great time to bring your unchurched friends!
KIDS MINISTRY
5:30-6:00 pm | Kids Tone Chimes & Handbells
Choir Room Second and Third graders learn to read and ring music with Tone Chime instruments. Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth graders learn to ring and read music with handbells. The Children and Young Ringers ring in worship and seasonal services throughout the year.
6:00-8:00 pm | CREW
Kids Hall CREW is an interactive Wednesday night experience for kids grades 1-6. They will rotate through a variety of options that include: music, art, STEM, recreation, photography, woodworking, and more.
PRESCHOOL MINISTRY
6:00-6:30 pm | Preschool Choir
Preschool Hall Preschool choir is for children that are 3 to 5 years old. We sing, dance, play instruments and musical games, and create opportunities to build confidence. Also, If you are an adult who would like to volunteer to come teach and help build up our amazing preschoolers through choir, we would love to visit with you about this opportunity.

Preschool Hall Bible Friends is an extension of our Sunday morning curriculum. This time will seek to reinforce and grow your preschoolers’ understanding of foundational truths about Jesus, the church, and the Bible.
