Sundays at 11:30 AM

• Rooted Worship
  
  • We have three different Rooted Worship experiences for our kids
    during the second hour: Kinder-1st graders meet in The Grove
    (our Kids Wing Large Group Room), 2nd-4th graders meet in
    Room 270, and 5th-6th graders meet in Room 275. Each location
    has a special time of worship that is geared toward each specific
    age group. This is a gathering that helps children learn to engage
    in worship through, music, games, teaching and videos that
    enhance their learning of the day’s Bible story.

IMPORTANT SUNDAY MORNING INFORMATION

• Our doors open at 9:55
  
  • Our volunteers will be in place and ready to receive your kids 15 minutes before the start of the hour. If some of our volunteers are running late (we always have two cleared adults in each classroom), we will have your kid’s class line up outside their classroom.
• Our doors are locked from 11:10-11:15
  
  • For the transition between our two hours, our hallway doors will
    be locked from 11:10-11:15 as we move all of our kids to their
    second hour locations. If you need to pick up your child early,
    please arrive before 11:05. At 11:15, once everyone is in their
    second hour spots, parents will be able to come in and pick up
    their children who are not staying for the late hour.
• 5th-6th Graders Rooted Worship Dismissal
  
  • 5th-6th graders will be allowed to leave after 10:10 GroupLife
    and/or 11:30 Rooted Worship to go meet their parents. This is an
    opportunity for them to practice independence in a safe
    environment. If you would prefer for your child to stay for Rooted
    Worship and not leave, please let the leaders know.

CREW MIDWEEK

Fall & Spring Semesters Only

Crew Midweek happens Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:00-7:30 with After Care available from 7:30-8:00 for kids whose parents are attending either a Living Well Ministry or Worship Rehearsal. Our Crew Midweek schedule looks like this:

Each week, our Large Group Time will have a time where we recap our story from the previous Sunday morning and then ranges from going outside to the playground to playing indoor games in our Large Group Room to working on a missions project. Within each Worship Elective, we are helping our kids connect how that elective can be a time for them to worship Jesus wherever they are and whatever they are doing.

The Discipleship Rotation will be where we recap our story from the previous Sunday morning and then focus on the application to our lives. The Playground Rotation will be a time to have fun out on the playground (weather permitting). Within each Worship Elective, we are helping our kids connect how that elective can be a time for them to worship Jesus wherever they are and whatever they are doing.
