Finance and Personnel Administrative Assistant (Part Time or Full Time) 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Finance and Personnel Director with daily financial and human resources operations. Responsibilities include providing administrative support such as scheduling and correspondence. The ideal candidate will maintain confidential personnel files, prepare documents for meetings and audits, and respond to routine finance and HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable managing confidential information in a fast-paced office environment.

First Impressions & Assimilation Touchpoint Administrative Assistant (Part Time or Full Time)  

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Church and Pastor of First Impressions & Assimilation with daily church software (Touchpoint) operations. Responsibilities include hands on responsibility in maintaining all congregation member and visitor records. The ideal candidate will maintain confidential files, prepare documents for meetings and audits, and respond to routine requests from all ministries of visitation reports and assisting in support moving visitors to members, and members to active group life participation, and members to volunteering in the ministry of their gifts with professionalism and discretion. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and other software programs, and comfortable managing confidential information in a fast-paced office environment.

Children’s Ministry Aide (Part-Time)

Preschool Assistant (Part-Time, 20 Hour a week)

First Baptist Church Bryan is seeking a passionate, organized, and team-oriented Preschool Assistant to support our Preschool Ministry. This part-time position works closely with the Preschool Director and Preschool Ministry Leadership Team to help create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where preschoolers can learn about God’s love and families can be supported in their faith journey. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing curriculum materials and classroom supplies, assisting with ministry events, maintaining records and communications, supporting social media efforts, and welcoming families and guests on Sunday mornings. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Windows programs, and Canva is preferred. Candidates should possess a growing relationship with Christ, regularly engage in personal Bible study and worship attendance, and exhibit Christ-like character in their daily life and work. Sunday availability from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM is preferred, with additional office hours being flexible and scheduled in coordination with the Preschool Director.

Dishwasher (Part-Time, 20 Hour a week)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities include washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing equipment, maintaining a clean and organized dish station, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will also assist with basic kitchen maintenance tasks, such as taking out trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and restocking supplies as needed. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate well with kitchen and front-of-house staff. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to cleanliness are essential.
