Sundays at 10:10 AM

• Rooted Grouplife (Grades K-3)
  • Kids engage in age-graded classes through age-appropriate, Jesus-centered lessons and activities.
• Rooted Gathering (Grades 4-6)
  • A unique large group experience that is more of a master teacher-style approach with a small group discussion time for the last 15-20 minutes of the hour. The reason for this is two-fold: 1) we want to begin to give our 4th-6th graders an experience that is a bridge to what they will experience in the Youth Ministry; 2) we want to make sure our 4th-6th graders who only attend the 10:10 hour have a small group experience.

Sundays at 11:30 AM

• Rooted Grouplife (Grades 4-6)
  • Kids engage in age-graded classes through age-appropriate, Jesus-centered lessons and activities.
• Rooted Worship (Grades K-3)
  • Kinder-3rd graders are able to attend this special time of worship that helps children learn to engage in worship through music, games, teaching and videos that enhance their learning of the day’s Bible story.

IMPORTANT SUNDAY MORNING INFORMATION

• Our doors open at 9:55
  • Our volunteers will be in place and ready to receive your kids 15 minutes before the start of the hour. If some of our volunteers are running late (we always have two cleared adults in each classroom), we will have your kid’s class line up outside their classroom.
• Our doors are locked from 11:05-11:15
  • For the transition between our two hours, our hallway doors will be locked from 11:05-11:15 as we move all of our kids to their second hour locations. If you need to pick up your child early, please arrive before 10:55. At 11:15, once everyone is in their second hour spots, parents will be able to come in and pick up their children who are not staying for the late hour.
• 4th-6th Graders Second Hour Dismissal
  • 4th-6th graders will be allowed to leave at 12:30 to go meet their parents. This is an opportunity for them to practice independence in a safe environment. They will not be allowed to leave on their own after the 10:10 Rooted Gathering time – only at the very end of the morning. If you would prefer for your child to stay in their classroom and be picked up, please let the leaders know.

CREW MIDWEEK

Crew Midweek happens Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:00-7:30 with After Care available from 7:30-8:00 for kids whose parents are attending either a Living Well Ministry or Worship Rehearsal. Our Crew Midweek schedule looks like this:

• 6:00-6:45
  • Worship Electives (Grades K-3) (Art, Choir, Dance, Legos, STEM)
  • Large Group Time (Grades 4-6)
• 6:45-7:30
  • Worship Electives (Grades 4-6) (Art, Dance, Legos, STEM) 
  • Large Group Time (Grades K-3)

Each week, our Large Group Time will range from going outside to the playground to working on a missions project to recapping our story from the previous Sunday.
