Description of Mission Project: Spend quality time with 160 vulnerable children at Shashemene Gofa-Sefer CarePoint. The mornings will be spent with Bible lesson/worship, recreation activities, and reading letters, with a translator, to children from their sponsors. The afternoons will be spent encouraging their parents with their Income Generating Activity/small businesses and learn more about the children’s leadership programs. We are privileged to be a guest in their worship service, experience a cultural meal and customs, and hippo ride.
