Director of Food & Beverages- Full Time Salaried with Benefits 

We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverages to lead and oversee the operations of the Church kitchen and The Coffee Cup, ensuring that all church-wide food and beverage services are planned, coordinated, and executed with excellence. The position is responsible for supervising and training staff and volunteers, developing menus that meet quality, cost, and dietary needs, and managing all aspects of food service operations—from purchasing supplies and maintaining inventory to coordinating banquets, receptions, and meals in partnership with church staff. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and overseeing equipment maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have formal training or experience in food service management, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality and service rooted in a Christ-like approach. This hands-on role requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to balance administrative duties with physical tasks such as lifting and extended periods of standing.

 

Families Assistant- Part Time (25 hours)

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Families Assistant to support our Families Pastor in serving children, youth, and parents within our church community. This role will assist with planning and coordinating family ministry events, organizing resources, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and effective ministry operations. The ideal candidate has a heart for families, strong organizational skills, and the ability to connect well with both kids and adults. College Assistant – Part Time (25 hours)

We are seeking a motivated and relational College Assistant to partner with our college Pastor in leading and supporting the spiritual growth of college students. This role will help organize ministry events, manage communications, and provide administrative and relational support to ensure the effectiveness of our college ministry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and passionate about walking alongside young adults as they grow in faith and community. College Pastor – Full Time Salaried with Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic, relational, and spiritually mature College Pastor to lead, shepherd, and grow our thriving college ministry. The ideal candidate will have a heart for evangelism and discipleship, a strong understanding of college culture (especially within the Texas A&M context), and the ability to lead and develop student leaders and volunteers.

 

Spanish Worship Leader – Full-Time Salaried with Benefits or Part- Time Hourly

This is a director-level position requiring a candidate with prior worship leadership and music experience. The ideal candidate will be able to sing, schedule, recruit volunteers, and lead both instrumental and musical teams while collaborating closely with the Pastor of Spanish Ministries and the two Ministers of Music. This full-time, salaried role offers immediate placement and may include additional responsibilities such as GroupLife, Evangelism, Connections, and occasional mission trips (local, national, or international).

 

Children’s Ministry Aid- Part Time (hours vary)

Join our preschool ministry team as a Children’s Ministry Aid (CMA)! We’re looking for a caring, dependable individual to assist with classroom activities, help create a safe and loving environment, and support our teachers during Sunday services and special events.
